These terms and conditions apply to the use of aesthete-kidswear.com and in particular the product offers and sales on this website. When you visit this website or buy a product on it, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please note that these terms and conditions may evolve. This is why we recommend that you read them each time you visit us. Aesthete-kidswear does not accept any other terms and conditions unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

1. Privacy

We only collect and process personal datas for specific and legitimate purposes. We assemble personal datas to process customer orders and to complete each sale on this website, for marketing and statistical purposes and for customer relationship management. Datas will be used in anonymous or encrypted format whenever possible.

What do we do with your personal datas:
The personal datas aesthete-kidswear collects are relevant and reasonnable in relation to the aim for which we collect them. When you order on aesthete-kidswear.com, we ask you for certain personal datas (for example your name and surname, address, e-mail address, contact details, payment and credit card information) needed to process your transaction and to deliver your order. These details are necessary in order to can provide you with a pleasant shopping experience.

2. Returns and exchanges

You have the right to demand an exchange for item(s) that you have bought within 14 calendar days, beginning on the day after receiving your order. Exchange requests can not be accepted once this delay is outdated.

a. Return service
We have a free return service. You can decide for each ordered item if you want to keep it, exchange it for another item, or send it back to receive a voucher.

After posting your return we will ship the exchange. You will be notified by us with a shipping confirmation containing the new tracking number.

In the case that the new items would not be available, you will be informed by e-mail and receive a voucher.

Articles cannot be refunded. We are a small business and every item is made to order with much care and love, especially for you.

b. Returning your items in person
If you are based in Brussels we can agree on a meeting time and place in order to hand back your items in person.

Our conditions:

We will accept your demand for exchange with pleasure if you respect the following points:

• The exchange is authorized by us.
• The original tags and labels are attached and are in good condition.
• Each product is unused and shows no sign of wear and tear.
• The original packaging is included and is in good condition. 

If your product is faulty you have a warranty under Belgian law that is not restricted by this paragraph. We ask you to notify us within two months if your product is faulty. After this period we cannot accept your complaint any longer.

Each party has the reserved right to cancel a sale if the terms and conditions are breached by the other party. If your payment appears to be fraudulant for example we can cancel the sale.

3. Product information

We have tried to make descriptions of our products as truthful as possible. Nevertheless, please be aware that the image and color quality may differ depending on your screen and that we are not able to guarantee that your screen is truthful to all characteristics of the actual product.

For each product you will find a complete description (color, size, type of product, etc.) as well as photos. All prices are in Euro and include VAT but sometimes exclude delivery costs (depending on your location). As prices may evolve please check them at the time you place your order.

4. Orders

• aesthete-kidswear.com only sells its products to consumers which means that if you intend to buy a product not for personal use but for resale or if you are a company, we will not sell products to you.
  
  
• A valid sale between you as consumer and aesthete-kidswear.com as seller, determined by these terms and conditions, is concluded when you place an order on this website. Your order shall be regarded as valid when you have completed the last step of the order process.
  
  
• By placing an order, you agree to be committed to these terms and conditions, inclusive of all policies and subsections like the Privacy Policy and return sections.
  
  
• If a product that you ordered is not available, we will inform you directly and offer another solution (such as: later delivery, exchange, refund) without adding any cost to you.
  
  
• Aesthete kidswear reserves the right to accomodate or to cancel an order in case prices or discounts were not displayed correctly on the website or in case they were not shown correctly on the invoice.
  
  

5. Payments

After you submit your order, you will be forwarded to the secure payment page of our website and demanded to pay for your order.

We accept Visa, Amex, Maestro, and Bancontact.

You will receive an electronic order confirmation on your screen and per e-mail when your payment has been effective.

6. The aesthete-kidswear circle

We are circular. Once your child has outgrown an aesthete garment you can send it back. The garment has to be still in a good condition, presenting no big damages such as wholes or big spots.

Once the used garment is received by us we will send you 20% reduction code which you can use within one year to order your next aesthete-kidswear item.

Aesthete-kidswear will take care of shipping costs / or pick-up.

You can send back kids sweatshirts and dresses. Adults garments, accessories and aquarelles can not be put back into the circle.

7. Intellectual property

All content (images, text, trademarks…) on aesthete-kidswear.com is copyright and trademark protected.

It is not allowed to use, reproduce or spread content of this website without the written approval of aesthete-kidswear.com.

8. Copy of Contract

aesthete-kidswear will keep an electronic copy of your order for as long as is demanded by law.

If you wish to have a paper copy of your order, you can print the "order confirmation" that will appear on your screen once you have confirmed your order and your payment has been effective. You will also receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
